A mountain meadow with a beautiful high country view awaits your arrival looking out from the cabin deck. 

The cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft.  It is finished in knotty pine with logs above the kitchen area.  The kitchen has a trash compactor, dishwasher, microwave oven as well as a range/oven.  This hideaway is simply beautiful.  The logs in the interior were taken from the property (horse logged and hand debarked) when the cabin was built.  There is central heating as well as a wood stove. Cabin has power provided by an underground powerline, so no telephone poles or wires.  The cabin has central forced air electric heating and air conditioning.  Microwave, range, coffee maker, refrigerator, washer, dryer.  All the comforts of home in a mountain meadow.  It is truly a very relaxing feeling to sit on the deck with a glass of wine and watch the setting sun play colors on the mountains.

Outside there is a very very large deck around the east and south sides of the building with bench seating the entire length.  The deck is made from Trex so that it is easy on the feet and no splinters!  There is a bench seat all the way around the deck and a sliding glass door which opens on to it from the living room area.

The kitchen is fully equiped with Garbage Disposal, Microwave, and Trash Compactor. The kichen is well supplied with pots, pans and accessories. There is a toaster, coffee maker, range, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric grill and under cabinet lighting. There is a kitchen breakfast bar for kabitzing with the cook.

Springtime is a truly glorious time of the year up here with abundant wildflowers.  The air is morning crisp with the hint of the afternoon sun.  The swallows will be gliding around the cabin as you enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, enjoying the the view of the snow capped mountains.

Summer can offer the outdoor enthusiast a wealth of activities.  From hiking to mountain biking to swimming or fishing at Lake Wenatchee there is a lot of fun to be had.  A summer breeze will help you enjoy that relaxing moment as you enjoy the sunset from the deck.

The fall colors in the area are truly magnificent with mountain blueberry, birch and vine maple adding to the crisp fall experiences. Watch the salmon return up the Wenatchee River to spawn.  Enjoy the crisp Autumn air while riding your mountain bikes along River Road.

There is a hardware and grocery store in Plain with many local restaurants to provide that special breakfast or dinner. Leavenworth is a short drive away with its unique shops and restaurants.
